Helping Daddy

With the beautiful weather we've been having recently it was perfect for Shaun to get a little work done on the yard. When we first moved in we did a lot of work on the inside of the house, but we didn't do much to the outside at all. We have something growing all over the fence lines and the old owners lined our fence with cinder blocks for whatever reason. Well, it's time to get rid of it. Shaun cut down a bunch of overgrown shrubbery and we solicited Annie and Alex to help Daddy bundle it all up for a whopping $0.50 each. What always amazes me is how much kids seem to fight doing chores and jobs, but if they are working with you, I haven't Alex act more fulfilled then when he has a real job helping his daddy. Oh, and Bradshaw, thanks for the wheel barrow you gave Annie last year, it's been so great for all our outside work!
