One More Step Done

Yeah! We got the appraisal back on the house today and it appraised a little more then we're getting it for. I was kind of worried, but now we can count on the bank to give us the loan. So we are right on track. The next month is the bank's time to repair the things they've agreed to repair. And then my fun begins.

Plans and more plans...

This is going to be mine and Shaun's bedroom. Don't ask me what the previous owner was thinking when they painted ugly all over the walls! We are going to paint it and recarpet it and eventually get prettier closet doors. That fan has to go, too. In the long term we're going to change the closet into a walk out closet since it's just the laundry room on the other side of the wall.
