Alex has a routine. When he wakes up in the morning or from nap time, he wants to sit on my lap and cuddle while he drinks his milk. Today I took a shower while my kids were asleep and was still in there when Alex woke up. When he came in I told him I was almost done. I got out a few minutes later and thought it strange he didn't move. He had fallen asleep! I found out later that this is the Child's resting position in yoga. Maybe I should sign him up.

Yoga?
Alex has a routine. When he wakes up in the morning or from nap time, he wants to sit on my lap and cuddle while he drinks his milk. I got out a few minutes later and thought it strange he didn't move. He had fallen asleep! I found out later that this is the Child's resting position in yoga. Maybe I should sign him up.
