My father has a thing for model airplanes. Ok, that's an understatement. When we're home and you ask about "Papa" (my dad), Alex will always tell you that he his flying his airplanes. Even the two year old has picked up on it. So since we've been here, Alex has been very excited to see Papa's airplanes and to watch them fly. This morning Papa went to fly and Alex was so sad that he didn't get to go watch. Well, since I didn't have anything else to do, I loaded the kids in the trailer and biked to the field to watch him fly. Alex loved it! He brought his own little model plane to play with while he watched. Papa was delighted to show off all this latest maneuvers, too.
