Cherry Blossom Festival

One of my favorite parts of living in the DC area is the annual Cherry Blossom Festival. It's so pretty. This year Alex is very aware of the Popcorn Popping song so we called the trees "popcorn trees" Alex took an "handful and made a treat, a popcorn ball that would smell so sweet," and he thinks they smell like cotton candy. Annie enjoyed following her brother around and smelling the blossoms as well. She also stuck like glue to her daddy. I love to see the bond between them.
