To Alex, Easter is right up there with Christmas. He talks about it in June, then sometime in October, and then again after Christmas. He finds it on the calendar and waits not so patiently for Easter to come around again. They both love to dye eggs so we've gotten in the tradition of dying 4 dozen or so. I only hard boil half of those, but we still have hard boiled eggs in the house for a while. Shaun brought to our family the tradition of coloring on the eggs with crayons first to make fun designs and Annie was the master at that this year. Our only fatality so far this year was a pretty yellow raw egg that rolled off the table when it was supposed to be drying.
