Shaun would periodically empty their baskets, one to check how many we still had to find and two, cause Annie doesn't seem to understand carefully. One egg really bit the dust as Annie threw it into her basket... and it wasn't a hard boiled one. Of course they were disappointed when they found the last egg, but they quickly got over it as Shaun taught them to keep re-hiding the plastic eggs for each other to find. Shaun has been my favorite person to watch today. He doesn't seem to want to participate much in most of the holidays, but he seems to really like being the Easter Bunny, and he has so much fun turning back into a little kid as he plays with Annie and Alex.

Okay, how awesome is that? Having an Easter egg hunt in your own back yard. I love Annie and Alex's matching fabric by the way. I totally want to start making ties for Clark.
Wow your backyard is so green!
